Reservation and Booking Policy
Guests must be at least 21 years of age to reserve a room on this website.
All reservations are charged in full at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy
The Inn at Grass Roots Hill observes a 7-day cancellation policy. If cancellation notice is not received at least seven (7) days prior to your scheduled arrival, you will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Special Events
Planning a party, celebration, or event? A Special Event Contract is required. Please email us for details regarding deposits and additional information.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: 3:00 p.m.
  If you are unable to arrive at this time, please notify us in advance so we can accommodate your arrival.

• Check-out: 11:00 a.m.

Breakfast
Served daily from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.

Occupancy & Additional Guests
Room rates are based on double occupancy. For rooms that accommodate more than two guests, there is an additional charge of $100 per person, per night.

Quiet Hours
To ensure a restful environment for all guests, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Please be especially mindful, as some guest rooms are located near public areas.

Accessibility
We welcome all guests. If you require accessible wheelchair accommodations, please call, text, or email us in advance.

Pets
Pets are not permitted, with the exception of service animals.

Amenities
All rooms include cable television.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is not allowed indoors. Outdoor smoking is permitted in designated areas. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged if evidence of indoor smoking is found.

Lost or Left-Behind Items
The Inn at Grass Roots Hill is not responsible for lost or left-behind belongings. Guests are solely responsible for their personal property.

Lake and Garden Safety
Swimming in the lake is strictly prohibited due to the presence of wildlife and the lack of lifeguard supervision or designated swimming areas.

• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times near the lake.

• Guests enter the lake and garden area at their own risk. The property owners are not liable for accidents, injuries, or lost items in these areas.
